Your website has mere seconds to create an impression, and a frustrating site can cost you ticket sales and donations.
Make sure you’re leaving a good impression and easy guest experience.
A performing arts website has multiple goals - sharing who you are and what you do. Sharing performance information. Selling tickets. Receiving donations. Requesting volunteers.
It can be challenging to organize and present all of this information in a clear and organized fashion.
It can be even more challenging when you’re doing it all yourself.
What you need is a fresh set of eyes and perspective. That’s where the website audit comes in.
I’ll examine the audience experience from first click to last, and checking all the links in between.
You’ll walk away with a detailed action plan of practical solutions to create an organized site that is attractive and easy for your audience to navigate.
All for a mere fraction of what it would cost for a full website design or redesign.
How it works:
We start with the prep work. After booking your audit, I’ll send you a shared Google Doc with questions about your marketing needs and goals. What’s working and what isn’t. This will give me better insight into your website’s needs and allow me to better evaluate your site.
After I evaluate your site, I’ll create a detailed action plan and we’ll have a 30 minute coaching call. In our coaching call we’ll discuss the details of your plan and answer any questions you may have. You’ll walk away from this call feeling confident in the next steps you need to take to update your website.
Following our call you’ll receive a week of email support. Questions or problems come up while you’re implementing the plan? No problem. Feel supported while you’re updating your website and know you can email me with any questions or problems that come up.
